Wall or façade element from concrete which are produced in a pallet circulation system must be raised into a vertical position to demould the pallets. Our tilting stations for shuttering pallets achieve this easily and safely.
In this process, the shuttering pallet moves to the tilting station, where it is clamped hydraulically. The hydraulic supports of the side rail of the shuttering pallet hold the weight of the precast concrete part while raising it into a vertical position.
