The mobile battery mould in operation in Singapore

The mobile battery mould has recently been taken into operation at the first two Clients.

Two independent contractors from Singapore – Kimly Construction Pte. Ltd. and Tiong Seng Contractors (Pte) Ltd. – have purchased this latest innovation from Weckenmann. The first two mobile battery moulds from Weckenmann have now started operations in the city state at the same time.

Both mobile battery moulds are used on construction sites for large housing projects in the urban area. Solid walls with a thickness of 100-300 mm are produced on the machines. The maximum dimensions of the precast concrete parts are 3.5 x 7.1 m. With the battery mould equipped with 20 cases, this gives a gross mould face of ​​497 m².

At the moment, both plants are gradually started up and the construction projects are getting off the ground.

The excellent manoeuvrability of the mobile battery mould was successfully put to the test in the densely built-up urban area. In addition, the machine operates below the already low permitted noise level Limits.
